Laptop Packaging Instructions

You need to go through the following steps in order to deliver your laptop to us

1. The client packages the laptop in a box with folded newspapers or buble wrap so that the laptop doesn’t bump during the transportation.
2. In order to deliver your laptop, within the box you need to send
   1. The laptop
   2. The charger
3. Our company will inform the courier service to visit you
4. Within 3-5 days you will have a cost estimation
5. We will contact you for the following steps
   1. Return: If the client denies the service there will be a minimum charge.
   2. Repair: If the client accepts the cost, then the repair process begins.
6. When the service is done, then we keep your machine working under testing for some 2 or 3 days, in order to be sure of the service that has been done.

All shipping costs are included in the cost of the repair.
